Mandolin lessons

The mandolin has been, in terms of musical experience, expression and repertoire an extension of what Matthijs has been playing for many years on the western guitar: North American folk music such as Old-Time and Bluegrass, South American and Celtic folk music, song accompaniment, Jazz chords etc. Also techniques typical of the instrument such as tremolo, plectrum technique, Bluegrass rhythm and Bluegrass-style chords etc. will be covered during the lessons.
